Hello Everyone. Welcome to my YouTube Channel. My name is Crystal and I’m a Health Coach and wellness advocate.
I’m passionate about helping people connect to themselves and to others. I’m so grateful that you are here today.
Do you ever find that you feel so scattered throughout the day? That you have a lack of focus and you’re exhausted and
you just feel like the chaos of life is weighing you down? I find that a lot of people feel this way. The people that I work
with seem to have these things in common. So you’re not alone.

Today I’m going to share with you my top 4 tips of feeding your mind, body, and spirit.

So, a couple of weeks ago I got a phone call from a dear friend of mine. And she was asking me for some help in to be
able to serve somebody else. But in the meantime, as we had our phone conversation and I started to visit with her a
little bit more, I could tell that she was really feeling overwhelmed and stressed and she was struggling. And the more I
talked with her, the more she opened up. And she started to break down and cry. Just this sweet mom with young kids,
she’s working, she’s trying to give back to the community, serving, trying to be a supportive wife. And she was just
exhausted. And as I talked with her and listened to her, I started to ask her questions. I started to ask her, ‘What are you
doing to take care of yourself? What are you doing to take care of your body? To take care of your mind? To take care of
your spirit?”

These are the most important things that we can be doing for ourselves so that we can be the best for others around us.
As we visited a little longer, I realized, and she made it clear to me, that just wasn’t happening. I’m going to share with
you some of the ideas I gave her today. They are very simple. They are things that you’ve heard of before, but
sometimes we just need to be reminded and understand why they are so important so we can feel the best we can feel.
We can go throughout our day being focused, being clear, being productive and feeling happy.
I want to share with you the 4 things that I shared with her in order to help her feel happy and at peace throughout her
The first one is sleep. We know that sleep is one of the most important things that we can do to take care of our brain,
our minds and our bodies.

Not too long ago, I attended an event with Deepak Chopra. And he was sharing the 6 pillars of health. And the #1 thing
that he said was so important for our pillar of health is SLEEP. That tells me that that’s pretty important. Now, we know
that when we sleep, this is when our body resets, our body detoxes, we’re able to cleanse the different systems of the
body, the brain is able to rest and be able to reset and receive, so that when we wake up we can feel ready for a new
day. One of the things that I have found that will help you in getting a good night’s sleep is the doTERRA Serenity Softgel
Complex. I just take 1 or 2 of these, especially if I’m a little bit more stressed, I’ll take 2. Super easy to swallow. Just take
it right before bed. And this is going to help your body rest and relax at a much deeper level. So when you wake up, you
feel much more rested.

I want to share with you my second tip.

Before I tell you what that is, I’m going to ask you a question. What would you say is the most valuable commodity or
resource on the earth? Most people would say gold, oil, diamonds…what do you think? Well, the answer is water.

Water is the most valuable commodity. We need it for survival. We can live days without food, but only a couple of days
without water. Our brain is in water, is nourished by water. We are 2/3 water. We don’t live without water. Water is so
important for our brain function, for our body to function properly and for us to feel the best that we can feel.
One of the things that I love to do is to take a citrus oil every day. Lemon is the one I have here. Citrus oils are really
super helpful at uplifting the mood, so you’re going to get double the benefit here. When you take a citrus oil, like
LEMON and put a few drops in water and drink throughout the day, it not only helps enhance the flavor and uplift mood,
but it’s going to help your body to stay hydrated and detox appropriately.
Second tip, make sure you’re drinking lots of water.

The third tip for feeding your mind, body, and spirit is meditation. This was listed by Deepak Chopra as #2. And meditation
has a way of helping you to connect to yourself and connect to your higher power. It helps you feel grounded and to
help you release and let go of things that maybe you have held onto. It helps open up your spirit in a way that brings so
much peace and happiness.

One of the oils that I love to use in meditation is Frankincense. Frankincense is one of the greatest anti-inflammatories
that exists. It’s really great for cognitive function for the brain. It’s really great for helping you with your focus. It’s also really
great on an emotional level helping you feel connected to God or to Father. It’s a wonderful oil to use when doing
meditation on a daily basis.
The 4th thing is exercise and nutrition. Now, I know that doesn’t come as a shock either. These are all very basic things
we’ve heard over and over. But, why? What does exercise do for our bodies? What does putting proper nutrients into our
bodies do for us? Let’s just remember that as we move our body, as we take in proper nutrients, our brain can function to
the best of its ability. We can feel more clarity throughout the day. We feel happier because of the serotonin that it
produces for us. We feel excited to be able to go out and do things. We feel much better when we are exercising and
putting the proper nutrients into our body.
So one of my most favorite ways (because sometimes it’s hard to get all the fruits and vegetables and the things that we
